Temperature Calibration

Calibration by comparison performed within either a dry block calibrator or an isothermal block within a temperature-controlled enclosure.

Accuracy

Temperature sensor calibration is carried out in four essential stages: preparation, temperature stabilisation, measurement, and reporting.

We use two systems depending on the calibration range required. A dry block calibrator uses an electrically heated metal block with wells of varying diameters to accommodate different probes, covering a range of 0 °C to 100 °C. A temperature controlled chamber maintains a stable, uniform environment in which the probe is placed, with a calibration range of 5 °C to 50 °C.

UKAS Calibration Service in the range 0 °C to 100 °C with an uncertainty of 0.16 °C.

    We calibrate many different devices

All models of FC Pressure measurement devices, leak testers, positive and negative gauge, absolute, differential digital or analog pressure measurement devices, primer and seconder pressure piston meters.
