The intuitive colour touchscreen allows you to configure up to 300 product profiles, each with 24 programmable steps. Choose from flow performance measurement, timed endurance, or alarm point detection. Customise step durations, vent cycles, and sampling intervals, then save and recall profiles with ease.

For testing non-sealing hoods or loose-fit devices, simply fit the transparent cover. Robust locking mechanisms ensure an airtight seal, so you get accurate, repeatable results every time.

One press and the FCS600 goes to work — automatically cycling valves, logging data, and sequencing through your custom program without further intervention. The system records total operating duration from 30 minutes to over 24 hours, proving your device meets battery life and airflow endurance standards.

Capture and Export

An integrated audio sensor listens for selectable industry-standard alarm frequencies. When an alert sounds, the system instantly logs the exact flow rate and timestamp, verifying that your warning systems activate reliably under real-world conditions.

After testing, navigate to the integrated data logger, insert a USB stick, and export up to one million results in CSV format — ready for LIMS integration, regulatory reporting, or long-term archive.
